  • ½ cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • First peel the potatoes, cut them into 4 and place them in a pot to make the crispy potato sticks.
  • After adding the salt, cover it with water, bring it to a boil, and then remove the lid.
  • You can occasionally check with a fork. Take our softened potatoes and place them in a different mixing bowl.
  • Let's use a potato masher to mash them.
  • With a spatula, combine the starch and black pepper with the mixture.
  • Grab some baking paper from the table. On top of it, spread out our potato mixture and cover with more baking paper.

  • Then, using a rolling pin, spread out our mixture. Our medium-thick mixture will be covered with the baking paper, which will then be cut into strips.
  • Finally, let's fry our potato combination in the form of strips, from back to front, in heated oil.
