Gluten Free Air Fryer Cupcake Recipe

Air Fryers are one of my favorite kitchen gadgets! They save so much time and they're easy to use. But do you know that they can also be used to make delicious gluten-free cupcakes?

Ingredients

For Cupcakes

  • 1 cup (136 g) gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar (granular)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup (56 g) oil
  • ¼ cup (61 g) milk
  • 1 pack vanilla
  • ½ cup (58.5 g) walnut (optional)

For toppings (optional)

  • 1 pack gluten free whipped cream
  • 1 cup (244 g) cold milk

Instructions

Preparation of cupcakes

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes foamy.
  • Whisk in the oil, milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla, and walnuts.
  • Add walnuts and mix the dough from bottom to top with a spatula.
  • Let's divide the cake mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Then we placed our cupcakes in the airfryer chamber and baked them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Our gluten free cupcakes are ready to serve by the end of the time. Good appetite

Preparation of cream topping

  • Fill a whisking bowl halfway with cold milk.
  • Place the whipped cream bag on top of it.
  • Whisk for 2–3 minutes on low and then high speed with a mixer.
  • Fill a piping bag with whipped cream, squeeze it over the muffins, and serve.
