Why Lazy Cake (or Mosaic Cake)?

I guess it depends on the type of person. Some people love cake but don’t want to do any work. They just want to eat the cake. Other people want cake that is perfect and cannot eat it without something else next to it. They want it to be the best cake they have ever had. And they want to share it with their family and friends. They don’t care if they make it themselves or if someone else makes it for them. And some people just want to eat cake for breakfast. And that’s fine. It is the same as eating a sandwich for breakfast, just different. Some people eat cake because it tastes good. Others eat cake because it is healthy. But no matter how you slice it, everyone likes cake.
